Governor Lee Orders Government To Begin Planning Jane Nolan's State Funeral

On June 27, 2022, Politician, Philanthropist and Women's Rights Activist Jane Nolan passed away after a brief struggle with Brain Cancer. She worked tirelessly to bring more rights to Jesstopian women, and women all over the world, by advocating for these rights, work has been recognized not only by Jesstopia's Government but governments worldwide. Her work contributed to the closure of a gender based wage gap, which has allowed women and men to work for the same wage. She also contributed to more women moving up the ranks of companies not only statewide by nationwide as well.

Governor Linda Lee, has recognized her for excellent work and offered the Nolan family a free memorial service, state funeral and free burial costs for her work as a leader for womens rights and her dedication to the State of North Lorray. The funeral and burial will be covered by State Taxes for an incredible women, and a women of action.

"We are greatful for the work Mrs. Nolan has done, and her family shouldn't have to bare the cost of her funeral and burial." said Governor Lee. "That is why the State of North Lorray will be paying for a full funeral service and full burial service. We believe that the family shouldn't have to worry about the costs to bury their mother, sister and grandmother."

Incoming Gov. Linda Lee Will Not Mandate Masks For Kids In Grades Kindergarten Through Third Grade

NOX - When asked about her plans for extending mask mandates, Linda Lee said that priority number one, is to remove masking mandates for kids in grades Kindergarten throught third grade. She says that she will ensure that students in these grades no longer are required to wear the masks, as she says that the masks prevent critical and adequate thinking while the students learn.

She says she'll be signing several Executive Orders to work to remove mask mandates. No further details were made available.

Governor Sam Simon Transfers Powers Temporarily To Lieutenant Governor Robert Carson,Amid COVID Diagnosis.

At approximately 6:00 PM, Governor Simon announced that he was recently diagnosed with COVID-19. At approximately 6:05 PM, The Governor announced that he would transfer his powers temporarily, while he focuses on his COVID-19 diagnosis and recovery.


Lt. Governor Carson became the 21st, but temporary Governor of North Lorray. Now Governor Carson is working to establish a point of contact between the existing Simon Administration.


"I Robert Carson, do solemnly swear, that I will faithfully execute the duties of Governor Of North Lorray, and I will to the best of my ability, uphold, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States Of Jesstopia and the Constitution of North Lorray, and will faithfuly execute such duties with the prominent knoweledge that my Governorship is temporarily and will conclude on December 26, 2021." said Lt. Governor Robert Carson taking the oath of Office at 7:00 PM on December 16, 2021.


Sam Simon Signs Executive Order, Mandating That Businesses Require Masks Or Have Vaccination Mandate

North Lorray Sam Simon recently signed an executive order which mandate businesses to either require masks, or to require vaccinations to enter their establishments.

According to the Executive Order, state law 489.492-A, allows the State to mandate precautionary measures for a business to operate in the State. Furthermore, the Executive Order is deemed legal within the State Law realm.

The Governor who recently stepped aside to deal with his COVID-19 Diagnosis, returned to work at the Executive Office, where he signed a bundle of Executive Orders including the COVID-19 Business Intervention Executive Order, which required businesses to either decide to mandate masks or require visitors to provide proof of vaccination.

The Executive Order is effective and will remain as such, until the review period expires and must be reviewed.

Gov. Lee Will Award Predecessor With Several Awards

NOX - Governor Lee, is expected to give Former Governor Sam Simon several awards for his public service and dedication to North Lorray. According to the Governor, she will give Former Gov. Simon a Governors Award For Public Service, an award reserved only for the Governor Of North Lorray to hand out. It honors leaders and great leadership in North Lorray. She also plans to give Fomr. Gov. Simon an award for Protecting Public Safety during an unprecedented event or health emergency.


"Mr. Simon, led North Lorray with extraordinary courage and was dedicated to the safety of every single North Lorrayan as COVID ravaged North Lorrayan Counties and Cities. He showed great courage." said Gov. Lee. "He exemplified this office, and what it means to serve, and to serve for a greater purpose." she added.

Gov. Lee To Ban Schools From Mandating Masking For School Students

NOX - Gov. Lee announced early this morning that she will ban schools and severely punish any school who fails to follow the State's ban on masking school children.

"Our children are going to be products of their environment. According to studies done by the North Lorray Bureau Of School Research and The Behavioral Institute For Students In Primary and Secondary Education." said Gov. Lee. "

Governor Lee had expressed interest in providing these bans as parents continue to sue schools for forcing their children to wear facial coverings while they learn. Gov. Lee said she will cut funding from school budgets if they fail to follow this mandate.
